Eight weeks gives us space to map where you are, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and begin making gentle, lasting change.

We meet weekly for 90 minutes – structured enough to build momentum, flexible enough to meet what life brings each week.

You’ll leave with practical tools, renewed perspective, and a deeper trust in your own steadiness – the kind that lasts long after our sessions end.

  • Pre-session learning videos
  • Integration prompts and simple practices between sessions

Ongoing Coaching: Integration & Growth

Ongoing coaching offers a space to stay connected to your growth – to keep integrating what you’ve learned, navigate new challenges, and anchor the steadiness you’ve built.

These sessions are flexible and responsive – we meet monthly or fortnightly, depending on what you need:

  • Some women use this space for accountability and reflection
  • Others for ongoing emotional support and perspective as life continues to evolve.

It’s about staying grounded in the work you’ve begun – and continuing to grow, gently, in your own rhythm with support.
