My name’s Tanya - and this is the work I believe in.

Once, I thought freedom meant doing more and I have the records to prove it – running further, climbing higher, proving I could handle it all.

Now I know it’s something quieter: being at home in my body, steady in change, and at peace with who I’m becoming.

That’s the space I hold for the women I work with – a space to slow down, reconnect, and rebuild trust in yourself and create a future that feels aligned and fully you.

My background brings together formal study and embodied practice: Continued post-graduate education in Psychology, and master-level certifications in NLP, Time Line Therapy, and Hypnotherapy.
